Rita Hill, the Executive Director of The Blake at Baxter Village, grew up in Michigan and West Virginia. She attended school at Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia earning a Bachelors degree in Counseling and Rehabilitation. Rita maintains a Certified Dementia Practitioner’s License.
Diana Brom was born in NYC but has always had a Southern heart and has lived in Lake Wylie for 10 years. With a degree in Business Administration, Diana has more than 20 years of experience in senior living.
Tatanish Campbell is from Chester, SC and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Management from Columbia College. She graduates in April 2021 – Go Koalas!
Marissa, our Director of Business Operations, grew up in Toledo, Ohio but has called Fort Mill her home for 10 years. Marissa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Winthrop University.
Michelle is a native of the Carolinas. She was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and raised in Kershaw, South Carolina. Michelle began her healthcare career in 1991 as a Certified Nursing Assistant working for licensed nursing facilities where she soon found her passion and love for caring for geriatric residents.
Rich Gallozzi is from Lake Ronkonkoma, New York and is a graduate of Sachem High School. He has worked in the senior living industry for sixteen years and participated in regional workgroups supporting maintenance directors, as well as hurricane response teams to assess affected facilities to see if they are safe for residents to return.
Hannah is a Rock Hill native. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management with a concentration in Recreational Therapy. In 2017 she became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
Madison was born in Smithfield, North Carolina, but spent most of her years living in Clover, South Carolina. She has had the pleasure of serving seniors in the community for three years and considers this to be her true life calling. Madison loves each and every resident she comes in contact with and considers them to be her family.
Chef Willie Marshall joined the team as Director of Dining Services in 2019. Originally from Morristown, New Jersey, Willie relocated to South Carolina in 2007.
