Michell Boksa

Michell has more than 14 years of experience working with local and national senior housing companies as a director of nursing, executive director, executive director specialist and regional director of operations. she also has experience as a hospice executive director and staff training consultant.

Throughout her career in senior housing, Michell has been a proven leader in the senior housing industry, specializing in global and site-specific regulatory compliance, care delivery systems and staff training programs. She is highly experienced and focused on providing the best in senior health services and has demonstrated expert proficiency in the creation of quality service programs, customer-friendly environments, and staff satisfaction while ensuring a holistic care environment to residents.

Michell holds national and state-specific certifications in, certified dementia practitioner, certified dementia care manager, certified Alzheimer disease and dementia care trainer, virtual dementia trainer for facilitators, NHA instructor, serve safe instructor and proctor, department of elder affairs assisted living facility core instructor (executive director trainer), department of elder affairs Alzheimer instructor 1 and 2, trainer, NHA instructor – (health and phlebotomy), nurse aid program instructor, and licensed practical nurse (Florida and Georgia). Michell has a passion to improve regulatory and quality assurance systems by the implementation of systematic care operations and staff support and education.
