Redouane Ouaala, who goes by Red, is from Azilal, Morocco. He attended college in Morocco, where he studied sociology and language. He speaks five different languages, but his native languages are Berber and Arabic. He also speaks French, Spanish, and, English. He has worked in Facilities Management since 2016 for several types of communities: from independent living to skilled nursing facilities.
Red has a passion for serving the residents and being able to help them every day while listening to their stories. It is the highlight of his day. Working in this field gives Red the chance to meet people from all over the world and he enjoys solving problems and fixing things that are broken in order to best serve his residents. He also loves playing with power tools and being known as ‘Mr. Fix It’.
At The Blake, he has enjoyed the residents and the team along with the new and high-tech building. He loves going to work each day and learning something new and enjoys the challenge of keeping the building running smoothly for the residents.
When he isn’t at work, you can find Red watching, playing and refereeing soccer games. He has a 2-year-old son named Hunter who is very active and his wife, Elizabeth, and he enjoy cooking together and traveling to new places. Their family enjoys being outside and spends a lot of time in the mountains and at the beach. Red also enjoys hunting and reading, video creating and editing and driving and flying his favorite toy – his drone.
