Shelley Murdock comes to us with 14 years’ experience in the senior living industry. Along with office management, Shelley has served as an Executive Director in an assisted living and memory care community in California.  Shelley has an enthusiastic passion for seniors and a dedication to quality service and care for seniors.

Director of Sales

Kim St. Blanc

Kim St. Blanc is Director of Sales for The Blake at Lafayette. St. Blanc comes to The Blake after serving as the Donor Recruitment Representative for United Blood Services covering the southern region. Kim was born in Wichita, KS, and has lived most of her life in Lafayette.

Director of Wellness

Amy Lovell

Amy Lovell, Director of Wellness, is from Abbeville, Louisiana, but after 2nd grade moved to Houma, Louisiana. She lived there until 1982 where she graduated from Edward Douglas White Catholic High School.

Director of Dining Services

Brian Smith
Brian attended Lafayette La. Ovey Comeaux High School, and earned a Culinary Arts degree from Lafayette Regional Technical College.

Director of Activities

Anne Orsak

Over the past several years, Anne has enjoyed working and volunteering with various organizations throughout Acadiana.  Event and activity planning has been a large part of Anne’s life and understandably her chosen work for The Blake.   Her studies in Business Administration at the University of Louisiana led well into her management and responsibilities with her numerous work and volunteer endeavors.

Memory Care Coordinator

Daliana Menefee

Daliana Menefee, our Memory Care Coordinator, comes to us from Carencro, Louisiana. She is a graduate of Carencro High School.

Krista Ruiz

Krista became Director of Business Operations for The Blake at Lafayette in 2019.
