The Blake at Baxter Village Senior Living Community Coming to Fort Mill

FORT MILL, SOUTH CAROLINA: A modern senior living experience is making its way to Fort Mill, offering a new tradition in care. The Blake at Baxter Village will offer exciting opportunities for the area’s seniors and their families. Groundbreaking for The Blake at Baxter Village is scheduled for early 2018.

The Blake will be conveniently located on Sixth Baxter Crossing within the heart of the Baxter Village master-planned community just off Highway 77 in Fort Mill.

Cardinal Ventures, based in Mississippi, is developing an 88,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community, in addition to several three-bedroom independent living townhomes. Both the independent living townhomes and the assisted living and memory care suites will be designed for comfortable, safe and enjoyable senior living. The assisted living options include both two-bedroom suites and one-bedroom suites. The memory-support portion of the community focusing on Alzheimer’s and dementia care will feature both studio and one-bedroom suites specifically designed to provide a home-like environment where those residents feel safe.
