William Poirier

William is a 10-year veteran of the United States Air Force, where he received his Culinary training. He has an Associate’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business.

William moved to Alabama about 4 years ago with his wife and 3 children. He has worked in Assisted Living Facilities for about 4 years and loves working with residents. He enjoys honing his Culinary skillset every day.

William’s hobbies include trying new recipes, fishing, playing baseball and playing hockey.
