Meet the Teamat Chenal Valley

Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Debbie now resides in Little Rock. With over 20 years of experience in senior living, Debbie has served in many capacities including Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations.

Rachel was born and raised in Michigan but has called Little Rock home since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elmhurst College. She has been serving seniors in the healthcare industry since 2019, helping them find their perfect new home!

Originally from Hot Springs, Ashleigh has lived in the Chenal area in Little Rock since 2021. She earned her nursing degree from National Park College and is continuing her education at University of Arkansas – Little Rock next fall. Her experience is in long-term care, geriatric psychology, assisted living and memory care.

Originally from North Little Rock, Tammy attended North Arkansas College in Harrison, Arkansas. She graduated from the LPN program in 2001 and then went on to earn her LPN-RN in 2008. Tammy is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and holds an Assisted Living Administrator's license for AR. She holds over 25 years of experience in senior living ranging from Director of Wellness to Regional Wellness Director. Tammy's passion is dementia training and teaching others about challenges faced as the disease progresses, for not just residents, but families and staff too. She enjoys promoting an effective line of communication with a caring cause and approach.

An experienced chef with over 39 years in the culinary field, Jason has been as an Executive Chef, Operations Manager, Owner, and more throughout his years. He has worked in restaurants, colleges, resorts and more. He opened the well-known Sonny Williams Steak Room right here in Little Rock and most recently worked at the William J. Clinton Library at the 42 Bar and Table. His favorite part about cooking is seeing faces light up as they take their first bite. When he's not working and serving up smiles, you can find him enjoying anything outdoors.

Dj is from Pine Bluff, AR and has her assisted living license. She has been a business office manager for 17 years and loves the opportunity to care for residents. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids.

Terry is from Bryant, AR, and worked in construction for 20 years before becoming a maintenance director. He has been a Maintenance Director in assisted living for the last 14 years and truly loves it.

A retired Texas educator, Dara holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Baylor University. Since relocating to Arkansas in 2015, she has continued to live out her passion for serving others.  With years of experience in education and previous work in an assisted living community, she finds deep joy in supporting and enriching the lives of seniors.  Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, compassion, and community service.

Kayla resides in Benton with her fur baby, Ellie Mae. She began working at The Blake as a concierge and always stepped up to assist with activities or any community needs. She quickly found her passion in assisted living and was promoted to the Director of Activities role in Dec. 2024. Kayla is also a licensed esthetician and enjoys sharing her talents with the residents!

TJ has an associate degree and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in gerontology. He has been a CNA for 10 years and has been working with older adults. His favorite part about senior living is caring for those who need extra tenderness and love, and seeing the smiles on their faces knowing someone cares.
