With over 25 years of experience in senior living, Kelly’s leadership spans everything from marketing to housekeeping to operations. As an experienced operations leader, Kelly is Blake Management Group’s Regional Director of Operations for Florida.

Kristen has been part of the Blake Management Group family since 2019, bringing more than 10 years of senior living experience and a passion for creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members. Kristen says her favorite part of senior living is having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others each day—to create moments of joy, connection, and happiness throughout the community. She is passionate about making people feel valued, supported, and at home while creating experiences that brighten their days.

Lisa is originally from Wisconsin and earned her bachelor's degree in marketing. With more than seven years of experience on senior living, she finds joy in connecting with seniors and their families, learning their stories and truly helping them find the best option to continue living their best life. When not working, you can find Lisa spending time with her friends and family, and even out strolling at a farmers market with her fur baby, Ruby.

Holly initially attended school to be a teacher, but soon realized that this was not her calling. After her step-father was in an accident she found that helping others was in her DNA. She has been an LPN since 2006. When not at work, she enjoys spending time at home with her fur babies Smith and Olive (2 cats) and going to Disney to enjoy fun food and friends.

Originally from Tampa, Barbara is a native and lifelong resident of Florida. She earned a degree in public relations from the University of Florida...GO GATORS! Barbara has always had a heart for seniors and has experience in marketing, healthcare and hospice. When asked about her favorite part of being in senior living, Barbara said, "Every day is filled with opportunities — many tiny things that on their own may seem insignificant, but that can actually make someone's day brighter e.g. holding the door, walking alongside and chatting, sitting down for a moment with a resident at lunch, etc."

Jerry was born in Ohio and raised in Florida. While living in Melbourne, he began working at a family-owned restaurant where he soon found his love for cooking. He then went on to become part of Walt Disney World’s Culinary program, which is part of the American Culinary Federation schools. Aside from his decades spent at Disney, he has worked in fine dining, specialty steakhouse and seafood.

Originally from Venezuela, Cesar served as a Police Officer in his home country for 25 years. After moving to America, he entered into plant operations in the hospitality industry before then working at a 55-plus Greystar community for over 5 years. In his free time, Cesar enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their dog.

Originally from Woodstock, IL, Bonnie now resides in Windermere, FL. She attended McHenry County College and has experience working with older adults of all needs in various settings. Prior to becoming the Walk With Me Coordinator, Bonnie was a server in our dining room for a year and a half.
