Born and Raised in New Braunfels, Dean is a graduate of Canyon High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Incarnate Word, San Antonio. Dean has 11 years of civilian service with Air Force Lodging and has over 24 years of experience in senior living.

Carrie Anne has been a leader in the hospitality industry in San Antonio for over 20 years. Always interested in senior living, Carrie Anne decided to make a change to healthcare and became a Senior Living Sales Counselor. She feels very lucky to work at The Blake and she is excited to use her hospitality skills and “heart for service” in a new way.

Born in Houston, Tonya has 20 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care. She began her career as a care aide at the age of 18, grew to be a medication aide, then received her LVN in 2016, and finally an RN in 2022. She feels honored to be able to learn from residents and gain insight from their life experiences. Outside of nursing, Tonya enjoys spending time with her 5 children and dancing.

With over 50 years of experience in the food service industry, Lonnie's background includes managing and training military personnel as well as serving as a chef, preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals for more than 2,500 people daily during overseas deployment. He has been a Certified Dietary Manager for over 30 years, owns his own catering business, and served as the Director of Food Services at his church for 20 years. His passion is developing and preparing healthy meal options and contributing to improving people's health and well-being.

With over 25 years of experience in finance accounting in the automotive industry, Cesar made the switch to senior living where he can build relationships with residents and make an impact. In his free time, you can find Cesar hanging out with his family and enjoying fishing fun when time allows!
