Jeffrey was born and raised right here in Tyler, Texas. His healthcare career began as a CNA prior to graduating from Tyler Junior College with his LVN and RN credentials. He has a bachelor's degree in healthcare management and he earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. He joined our team as the Director of Wellness before being promoted to Executive Director. Jeffrey has been in a leadership role for the last 10 years, mostly in hospice and palliative medicine. When not at work, you can find Jeffrey spending time with his wife of 18 years and his two kids.

Sydney earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in 2016, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Biblical Studies. Following her undergraduate degree, Sydney earned her Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from East Texas Baptist University in 2017. She has previously served as a Sales Director and as a Tyler native, looks forward to continuing to invest in the lives of her home community.

Born and raised in Whitehouse, Ashleigh resides there with her two kids Peyton & Kinsleigh. Ashleigh graduated from Tyler Junior College Nursing School and earned her LVN. Before attending nursing school, she worked as a medical assistant in internal medicine. After earning her nursing degree she went back to internal medicine and then became Director of Nursing.

Hudson has been in the Tyler area since 2000 and has worked in maintenance for the last eight years. His experience ranges from apartment maintenance to assisted living and memory care, and your everyday handyman work. His favorite part about the industry is making someone’s day brighter!

Born and raised in the DFW area and moving to East Texas in the early 1990s, Sherry has a deep love for community and a genuine passion for serving older adults. Her experience in assisted living, hospice support, and administrative roles has shaped her belief that meaningful moments matter just as much as structured programming. Whether through a thoughtful activity, a shared laugh, or a quiet conversation, Sherry believes every interaction holds the power to bring purpose and joy.

Originally from Long Beach, CA, Reanna made her way to Texas as quickly as she could and now cherishes the beauty of East Texas. Reanna joined our team as a Concierge and was promoted to Walk With Me Coordinator a year and a half later. With a deep passion for supporting individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, Reanna finds true joy in creating meaningful connections and enriching the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Reanna enjoys spending time with her loved ones, practicing yoga, and taking walks with her four beloved dogs. She has been happily married to her husband for 25 years, and together they have two adult daughters.
