Meet the Teamat Viera

Cynthia was born in Memphis, TN and graduated high school in Brevard County, FL before continuing her education in the panhandle of Florida. In 2010, she moved back to Brevard Co. to marry her husband, David. As a seasoned senior living professional, she has worked in skilled nursing and served independent living, assisted living and memory care residents in several local communities. She credits her faith for guiding her passion for serving people with dedication and commitment.

Reetu is from Maryland and now resides in Viera with her husband and two sons. She attended George Washington University for both her undergraduate & graduate programs. Reetu has served as a sales and marketing director, and Administrator in various senior living communities. Her passion for the industry lies in making personal connections that truly enhance lives. She believes the reward for finding the right community is immeasurable freedom.

Kristian is a lifelong Brevard County resident and attended Eastern Florida State College where she earned her nursing degree in 2015. She knew immediately that she wanted to work with seniors and acquired her first job as nurse at another assisted living community in Viera. She has devoted her time to several local senior living communities before taking on the adventure of being a school nurse for Florida Prep Academy.

Kimberly is a dedicated healthcare leader, wife to her husband Mike, and proud mother of three wonderful children. Her passion for caring for others began at just 19 years old when she started her career in healthcare. She became a nurse in 2020 and has since expanded her expertise into risk management, quality assurance, and healthcare leadership. With years of hands-on clinical experience and a commitment to improving patient care, Kimberly is passionate about mentoring others, building strong teams, and creating positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff. Above all, she treasures her faith, family, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Maria grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and moved to Florida in 2000. Her culinary career began at Nature’s Table where she worked for over nine years. From there, she made the transition to senior living as a CNA and fell in love with helping seniors. She began at The Blake as a server & was quickly promoted to cook and then on to the Director of Dining Services.

Gianna is originally from Brevard County but lived in Rhode Island most of her life. She is a registered behavioral specialist who has business office management and senior living experience. Her positive personality combined with her professional experience allowed her to be successful in her roles and as our Director of Business Operations.

Originally from Orlando, Ballard was raised on the West Coast of Florida near Clearwater. With numerous tech trade certifications and over 15 years of apprentice electrician, carpenter, plumbing and various other experience, Ballard enjoys taking care of the residents and keeping their home to their standards and exceeding their expectations.

Stacey is originally from upstate NY where she began her career working with those who experience developmental disabilities. She then moved to Florida and has been working in senior living for the last 7 years. She is also a CNA and is a licensed Med Tech. She truly loves working with her residents everyday and getting to hear their stories from their past.
