Meet the Teamat Waco

Residing in Clifton, TX Haley served as our Director of Sales prior to community opening and four years following. Having been a great success in our opening, Haley joined our Blake family again in March of 2026 excited to take on this new opportunity. She said, "Senior living isn’t just my career—it’s truly my passion. With 8 years of experience, I can confidently say that the residents are my why. There is something incredibly rewarding about walking alongside families during this season of life. I love being able to support, guide, and serve as a resource for seniors in the Waco community."

Ainsleigh was born in Houston, TX, but raised by her grandparents in St. Augustine, FL. She is an LVN with 12 years of experience in senior living. Her clinical background combined with her leadership and business development experience, allows her to wholly support residents & their families as they navigate one of life’s most delicate decisions.

Bayleigh is from a small town here in Texas named Reagan. She earned her associate degree from McLennan Community College before going back and obtaining her LVN certificate. Bayleigh joined The Blake as a charge nurse and was promoted to Wellness Director nine months later. Away from work, you will find her spending most of her time with her family, reading a good book or occasionally farming alongside her father in their farming/ranching operation in Central Texas.

Jennifer is from McGregor, TX with over 11 years in accounting and human resources. She finds enjoyment in working in the senior living industry because of the stories she hears and the life experiences shared with her. "They’ve lived through so much, and their wisdom, resilience, and perspectives can be incredibly inspiring. I also really value being able to provide companionship and support, even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in their day. Building those meaningful connections is truly rewarding." When not at work, you can find Jennifer spending time with her family.
