Meet the Teamat Woodcreek Farms

Nancy is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and has a degree in business management. She previously spent six years in sales and marketing in senior living. Nancy’s mother lived with dementia in an assisted living and skilled nursing community for 12 years, and understands the importance of supporting residents and families, and developing the staff. When not at work you can find Nancy in the kitchen or backyard enjoying her favorite activities – baking, cooking, and gardening.

Originally from California, Jewelee relocated to South Carolina in 2022 and has served as a Director of Sales in assisted living for the last three years. She earned her bachelor's degree in mass communication and became a licensed Administrator in 2013, when she also opened a residential care community. Additionally, she has successfully owned and operated a senior referral agency, guiding families through available options. Jewelee finds great purpose in building relationships with seniors and their families, while providing guidance during important life transitions.

Tuesday was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She graduated from nursing school with her license in 2010 and has worked in long-term care and memory care for many years. Prior to moving to South Carolina in 2022, she worked at the VA medical Center. Tuesday said, "I really enjoy many different areas of the nursing field but being able to meet people and be a part of their lives has been very fulfilling."

Kayla is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, but has been in South Carolina so long she considers it home. She has been in healthcare since 2011 and is a CNA and licensed phlebotomist. She is currently working on her nursing license. Caring for others and making a positive impact on one's health and comfort is what motivates her. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and reading or crafting.

Marvin is from Birmingham, AL and has an associate degree in food service management and a bachelor’s degree in business management. He dedicated 20 years to culinary service in the Navy and 11 years as a Director of Culinary Service. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.

April is originally from New Jersey and moved to South Carolina in 2019. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and previously worked for Verizon before retiring. When she moved to SC, she worked at a sister community as a concierge before joining us here as our Lead Concierge. In 2024, April was promoted to Director of Business Operations.

Tom was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his career as a shop foreman at a car dealership where he worked for 31 years. He then switched into maintenance and has worked for a school system and a skilled nursing facility.

Originally from Camden, SC, Bracey attended Francis Marion University in Florence, SC and graduated with a fine arts degree in graphic design. Previously, Bracey has experience planning and coordinating weddings and also worked at the Carolina Cup. Bracey enjoys spreading joy among the seniors and having a meaningful impact on each of them. Outside of work, you can find Bracey traveling, antiquing, and spending time with her 2 dogs, and friends and family.

Originally from Honolulu, Braylin earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and music management. She previously worked at the YMCA planning activities, creating digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating outreach with the local community. Strengthening relationships with her residents and creating a community of enjoyment and belonging is Braylin’s why. When not at work, she enjoys gardening and taking walks with her cat.
